This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Natures own stamp of approval. In this style you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows and twists, along with machine marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every bench will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Find out more about the 25-Year Guarantee, here Assembly & Care Minor Assembly Required Our Coleridge Dining Benches are delivered ‘nearly assembled’ – the wooden legs aren’t attached to the wooden bench top on delivery. Do not worry. The assembly is very quick and easy. Place the bench bottom side up. Position the legs in place and secure them to the bench with the fixings provided. Then, turn the wooden bench upright onto its legs, and position it where you like. They do come with full instructions as well. Order your wax care pack here.   Delivery & Returns Turnaround & Delivery   As these solid wood benches are handmade we do require some time for manufacturing. This will normally take 2 weeks. They will then be dispatched on a next working day courier service to UK mainland. (More remote UK areas and Northern Ireland could see an extra 1-2 days for delivery).   Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time.
